What is your returns and exchange policy?Updated 5 days ago

We really hope you love your new Mustard pieces, but if something's not quite right, we're here to help. We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions of return:

• Lockers must be unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging. We can't accept returns of lockers that have been assembled or taken apart.
• Smaller items, such as Hangers, Baskets, Ledges, Storyboard, Buttons or Wordbits, so long as they are unused and in the original packaging.
• Return shipping is at your cost (we'll arrange the collection).
• Refunds are processed within 3 working days once your return arrives back with us.
• Sale items can be returned within the cooling-off period but are refunded at the price you paid.

Exchanges and colour swaps
If you'd like to change your colour, please let us know as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped, we will do our best to change it before it is collected by the courier. If your order has been collected, then the process is the same as a return. Once your original product arrives back with us safely, we'll send out your new choice. You'll just need to cover the return shipping and the delivery of the new product.

Please note: Lockers that have been assembled and then deconstructed are not eligible for exchange or colour swaps.
