If you live in an apartment or flat, here's what you need to know about receiving your Mustard Made delivery.

We can't guarantee door-to-door delivery for apartments or flats, especially in larger buildings or complexes. In most cases, couriers will do their best to deliver as close to your door as possible. However, they may leave your order in a lobby, reception area, or mail room if they consider it safe to do so.

If the courier is unable to find a safe place to leave your delivery, they may leave a card with instructions for redelivery or pickup, or contact you directly for further instructions.

You're welcome to leave delivery notes at checkout, and we'll always do our best to pass these on to the courier. However, we can't guarantee that the courier will be able to follow these instructions exactly.
